2004 Ogemaw County Fair

Dear Mike and Family Tradition:

Just wanted to say WOW! What a great show Family Tradition put on. I must tell you the veterans really, really enjoyed the rendition you guys did of the Star Spangled Banner. Many of them had tears in their eyes during and after the finish of the song. One of the younger members told me that it really gave some of the older guys something to talk about. It really made them all feel so proud. Thank you all for that. I must also give you a big "thank you" for the song that you wrote about our Fair. It will be framed and hung in a very special place. The board members who missed the performance asked if I would sing it for them--let me tell you I passed on that one.

 

Once again, thank you to all and it most certainly was a great job by all!

When we took a recommendation from The Piper Restaurant, we hoped for the best. What we got was THE BEST EVER! Your Program was a perfect fit and the most FUN show we ever experienced! Such a wonderful blend of Harmony and Comedy - and the Gilligan's Island song you wrote for us was a riot! How you incorporated the incidents we encountered crossing Lake Michigan at the last minute was even funnier. We are SO GLAD we found you - and we WILL be calling again next year!

Dear Mike; On behalf of the L&L Jiroch, JF Walker Tradeshow Committee, I would like to thank you for your group's entertainment at the recent Michigan Petroleum Association Convention and Tradeshow. Family Tradition did a great job entertaining our customers and vendors at our post-show Hospitality Suite. The customized lyrics you created to tie our business in to the various songs you sang were fantastic! We also appreciated how you circulated amongst the guests and "serenaded" both groups at tables, and individuals. We were pleased to find Family Tradition to be gifted singers who could provide funny, yet "family-friendly" entertainment for our event (I hope your voices weren't too strained after singing acapella all night!). Thanks again for making it a fun and memorable evening for our guests.

47th Annual Three Rivers Water Festival
